Delivery Delivery to the UK Mainland is Free for orders over £25.00. For orders less than £25.00, delivery is £2.50 per order. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Western Europe is £4.99. Western Europe is defined as:
Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery from date of dispatch. All prices are charged in Pounds Sterling Returns and Refunds We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights Unwanted Goods If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it) within 30 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by email at returns@tmgems.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any items that are returned to us smelling of smoke or perfume or with any other indication that the item that has clearly been used. In these instances we will return the item to you and you will be charged for the cost of us doing so. For hygeine reasons, earrings may only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. Faulty Goods If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at returns@tmgems.co.uk to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible. We will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded). Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
